Jermaine A. Johnson is a registered engineering and project management professional. As Managing Director and Lead Representative, Mr. Johnson is responsible for daily operations of the company as well as technical management of staff and projects.

Prior to the founding of J. A. Johnson & Associates, Ltd., Mr. Johnson held executive positions with other civil engineering design / construction firms, both in the North American and International markets. Previous projects include high-end luxury golf course / oceanfront homes, multi-level condo and townhome developments, high-end offices, and commercial warehouses and retro-fits.

Jermaine attended the University of Toronto campus where he earned his Civil Engineering / Building Sciences designation. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), US Green Building Council (USGBC), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
